Traci Couture garments and accessories are skillfully designed and handmade by Master Crochetier, Traci Dalton; "I have over 15 years professional experience in garment and pattern making, crochet, sewing, jewelry making and a host of other traditional craft techniques... When creating I always ask myself "What makes this piece special?" I want to make clothes that memories are made in."

Custom Service & Exchange Policy
When it comes to fit and quality, my clients and I both want it right. At Traci Couture, you don't just purchase a garment, you are purchasing a service and all my customers are VIP. With Custom Service, my garments are tailored to your needs. Traci Couture offers exchange on most merchandise, (read the description box to see where exclusions are noted) for claims made within 14 days delivery of your purchase. Exchanges for U.S purchases are free. Traci Couture will pay for return and forward shipping of all U.S exchanges. Some exclusions may apply. Check your item's description box for details.
Custom Items can be exchanged for an altered item or Store Credit. Custom Items are made when you order them and require a specified TurnAround time, before they ship. The TurnAround is the time it takes to make your garment. Check your item's description box for details about it's "turnaround time". Custom orders may not ship until up to 5 days after the TurnAround Time has expired.
Ready-To-Ship & PreSale Items can be exchanged for Store Credit. Ready-2-Ship items are processed and shipped within 5 business days. PreSale items have a scheduled "Release Date" and may not ship until up to 5 days after the Release date. Please read the description box for details about your items.
A Note About Shipping:
When ordering multiple items with free shipping, please refer to the latest TurnAround Time or Release Date when gauging your package's arrival time. If you need to prioritize shipments of different items, please purchase items separately or inquire about shipping upgrades.
Traci Couture is NOT responsible for your packages once they've shipped. Please utilize your package's tracking information to coordinate safe delivery with your carrier. Signature Confirmation can be purchased as an add on for extra security of your packages. With Signature Confirmation the carrier will require a resident's signature for delivery. COVID has imposed it's own obstacles for carriers and shipping. TC is not responsible for carrier delays and/or errors.

Store Credit does not expire.
Care Instructions for Crochet Garments
I recommend hand washing your handmade items, squeeze out excess water (DO NOT WRING) and lay flat to dry. Never hang dry, or store your garments on hangers.
